Shiguping Oolong comes from a native local cultivar passed down in Shiguping Village, Chaozhou. The She people call these trees "bird-beak tea," and local tradition says Oolong processing itself began from She techniques. This special lot shows the cultivar's unique aura clearly from dry leaf onward. The liquor is clear yellow-green, smooth and light with gentle astringency and long returning sweetness. At times it hints at dried pineapple and coconut milk, a favorite of our owner.
