Flower Tea No.4 highlights chrysanthemum, layered with gentle mandarin sweetness-acidity and the cool, dignified freshness of kuromoji (Japanese spicebush). A small touch of nettle quietly harmonizes the blend without heaviness. Citrus lifts from behind the chrysanthemum as you pour, then woody-spicebush notes appear as you continue drinking. It is one of our most distinctly Japanese flower teas, excellent with wagashi and citrus desserts, hot or iced.
