Jasmine tea varies widely by base leaf quality, flower quality, and scenting count. While most jasmine teas use green tea as the base, this one uses Wenshan Baozhong, a lightly oxidized Taiwanese Oolong, giving it a distinctly Taiwanese softness and depth. Bitterness is low and balance is excellent. Scenting is moderate (four rounds), which keeps it highly food-friendly. For daily jasmine tea, this is our recommendation.
