Grown in misty mountain valleys, it is roasted slightly deep, with an excellent balance of leaf and stem. The cup has clear structure and strong flavor, yet the finish is soft, transparent, and long. Toasty notes sit over subtle stem sweetness and leaf depth. Unlike many Hojicha, this one has enough stamina for about three infusions.
