A deep green single-cultivar Matcha milled from Okumidori Tencha grown in Asamiya, Shiga (Shigaraki), around 400m elevation under misty, cool conditions and large day-night shifts. It is not a polished multi-cultivar blend style; instead, it shows the cultivar's expression directly. Okumidori gives rounded umami, low astringency, soft body, and a cool green lift. Subtle minerality in the finish may reflect Asamiya's granite-based soils and ancient Lake Biwa sediments. Clean, transparent mountain Matcha with long clarity.
